I’m really chuffed and super grateful to have had a small flash fiction piece Commended in the 2016 Bare Fiction magazine prize. My submission ‘The Kick’ was an experiment in one sentence stories based on a prompt from the inspired Pamela Painter at last year’s WordTheatre retreat. I’m so pleased to have had it recognised in this from out of over 500 submissions. Thank you David Gaffney for taking the time and spreading the love. Looking forward to the spring publication and the great stories inside it.
